You weren't handed a manual for raising a daughter. Like most fathers, you were left to figure it out as you went: loving her deeply, doing your best, and hoping you got the moments that mattered right.
We want to change that.
At First Hero, we do not believe fathers need to be fixed. We believe good fathers can become great when they have a clear path, practical guidance, and real support. Every father is capable of becoming the kind of man whose presence, example, and love stay with his daughter for the rest of her life.
That's why we built Girl Dad App
It is a guided experience designed to help fathers deepen connection, create meaningful experiences with their daughters, and become steadier, more intentional leaders at home. Along the way, those shared experiences give daughters opportunities to practice communication, confidence, leadership, resourcefulness, and self-trust.
We are inviting a small group of Girl Dads to be among the first to put it to work.

Yes. Girl Dad App supports fathers across different stages of a daughter’s life, from early childhood through adulthood. The guidance, Quests, Adventures, and Rituals can account for her age and stage.
It does not matter how many daughters you have. Girl Dad App is built to support your relationship with each of them. You can create a profile for every daughter and use age-aware guidance, Quests, Adventures, and Rituals that fit her age and stage.
Girl Dad App is built for fathers, not for monitoring daughters. Your daughter does not create an account, and the app is designed to help you reflect, plan, and connect, not track or control her. Your private reflections are not automatically posted to Community, and you choose what you share with other fathers. Review our Privacy Policy for complete details before applying.
You can still apply. You do not need to arrive with a perfect relationship or polished answers. What matters is your willingness to take ownership, try the work, and be honest about what happens. Girl Dad App can support practice and reflection, but it cannot guarantee a specific relationship outcome.
Yes. Fathers across different family arrangements may apply. What matters is that you have a way to put the work into practice within your current relationship and that you can participate honestly in the beta and feedback process.
No. The Expedition is self-paced. The shared four-week cadence comes from one Weekly Quest each week. For lifetime-seat eligibility, you only need to complete at least one Expedition chapter during the beta.
The four-week beta begins Monday, August 17, 2026. Cory and Rich will host eight live group coaching and feedback calls, one every Monday and Thursday. Exact times will be shared with accepted fathers before the beta begins. Every call will be recorded and added to Girl Dad App, so you can watch or revisit it whenever your schedule allows. You do not need to attend every call. For lifetime-seat eligibility, participate in at least two. If your schedule prevents attendance, each required call can be replaced with a short asynchronous field report.
Your complete four-week beta remains free, and there is no automatic charge. After the beta, you can decide whether to continue if and when a paid option is offered.
